Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef with 3+ years of UAE/GCC experience, specializing in cakes, pastries, and customized dessert creations, to join our new production unit in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:



Design, bake, and decorate a variety of premium cakes, including birthday cakes, themed cakes, and sugar paste (fondant) creations. Prepare a wide selection of pastries, tarts, mousse desserts, and other high-end baked goods. Develop and test innovative dessert recipes and seasonal cake collections. Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation standards across all products. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic pastry kitchen environment. Monitor inventory and manage ingredient orders and cost control.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in the UAE or GCC. Strong expertise in custom cake decoration, fondant work, and modern pastry techniques. Creativity and attention to detail in flavor, texture, and design. Ability to work independently and manage production timelines.
