They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so qualified. 1. PART-TIME DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT
In close coordination with the Head of Contact Center, s/he will be:
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
Guide and help the new students in opening their files online through AU Web Page.
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
2. PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST
In close coordination with the Head of Contact Center, s/he will be:
The first point of contact for new students, parents, visitors and other customers; and to deal with their requests and inquiries as appropriate.
Welcoming and assisting new students, parents and guests who visit the Sheik Zayed Center.
Assisting in the admission and registration process.
Liaising with the Registration Office, Colleges and other Offices ensuring that student-related processes are correctly followed and accurate records are kept.
3. PART-TIME CONTACT CENTER AGENT
In close coordination with the Head of Contact Center, s/he will be:
Handles all types of inquiries, suggestions, requests and complaints through incoming phone calls, email chat and social media.
Maintains records and periodically updates the University\'s correspondence database.
Assists and advises the students in the utilization of services and facilities
Uses cross and upsell techniques to recruit prospective students, promote AU and offer facilities and services.
Provides routine information and support services to students, such as scheduling activities, answering questions and follow-up the day-to-day students\' concerns
Escalates and follow-ups all students\' inquiries with the Colleges and all the Departments to make sure that the inquiry has been handled efficiently.
Assists in the admission and registration process.
Perform clerical and secretarial tasks when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS FOR ALL THE POSITIONS:
This position is only for Ajman University Graduates or Undergraduate students.
Can work full-time shifts if needed.
Familiar with Ajman University Colleges, majors, activities, AU ranking
Academic Excellence is preferred
Very good communication skills
Excellent command of English language
