Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents Provide information about courses, programs, and admissions Maintain call records and follow up with leads Support the team in achieving enrollment targets
Requirements
Good communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam is an advantage) Basic computer skills Prior telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory Must be based in Sharjah (Qasimia/Muwaileh area preferred)
