Job Overview:

Career Launcher is seeking a motivated and persuasive

Part-Time Telecaller

to connect with prospective students and parents, promote our educational services, and support lead conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and prior experience in telecalling or counseling roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective leads, students, and parents. Explain Career Launcher's programs (IGCSE/GCSE, AS/A Level, IBDP, CBSE, test prep, etc.). Counsel students/parents on courses based on their requirements. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly for conversions. Schedule appointments for counseling sessions with faculty/academic counselors. Achieve weekly and monthly calling/conversion targets. Handle basic inbound queries in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (education industry preferred). Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage). Persuasive, confident, and target-driven. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM handling). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
