Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous communications to build relationships.
Clearly explain company offerings and value propositions to prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in CRM / call logs.
Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English

Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
