Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled

Plastic Surgeon

to join our team on a

part-time or commission-based

basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, with a focus on delivering natural and high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Perform consultations and surgical/non-surgical plastic procedures. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs. Collaborate with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and the marketing team to enhance clinic services. Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and confidentiality at all times. Participate in promotional campaigns and clinic events when required.

Requirements

Valid

DHA license

or eligibility letter as a Plastic Surgeon. Minimum

5 years of experience

in aesthetic or reconstructive surgery. Strong knowledge of modern aesthetic procedures (facelift, liposuction, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, body contouring, etc.). Excellent communication skills and professional presentation. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Availability for part-time or specific operating days.

Compensation

Competitive percentage-based commission

or fixed session-based payment (to be discussed during the interview). Additional incentives based on performance and client satisfaction.
