This role is perfect for someone seeking structured part-time work who thrives on following detailed processes exactly. You will be essential in ensuring all components of our menu are prepped and assembled perfectly, serving as a critical support system for our grill chefs.

Required Availability

We are seeking a candidate who can reliably commit to

consistent part-time hours

, primarily covering

peak service periods

and

key prep times

throughout the week. Specific shifts will be finalized upon hiring but will focus on maximizing our efficiency during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Precision Prep:

Execute all food preparation tasks (chopping, portioning, mixing) according to

precise, detailed instructions

and

exact weights/measurements

to ensure product consistency.

Burger Assembly:

Master the

flawless, consistent assembly

of our smash burgers and specialty items, ensuring every build is identical to the recipe.

Station Support:

Assist with the production of fries, milkshakes, and other sides, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met during high-volume periods.

Consistency & Independence:

Maintain our standard of quality consistently without requiring constant supervision.

You must understand whyour processes are specific and uphold that standard every single time.

Hygiene & Maintenance:

Maintain a meticulously clean and organized work station and assist with daily kitchen cleaning and breakdown tasks, adhering strictly to food safety protocols.

Proven ability to deliver identical, consistent results in a repetitive task environment.

Speed & Stamina:

Able to work efficiently and thrive under the pressure of a busy kitchen.

Reliability:

Highly reliable, punctual, and available for scheduled part-time shifts. Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards is a plus.
