is Russia's premier full-cycle aesthetic medical clinic, renowned for offering world-class services in plastic surgery and aesthetic treatments. As part of our exciting expansion into the Middle East, we are seeking a

bilingual freelancer

who speaks both

Russian and English

fluently to assist with training and support for our employees on IT systems. The role will primarily involve translating training videos from Russian to English, conducting training sessions, and facilitating communication between employees and the IT department.

This is a

part-time position

, with a higher workload in the beginning and a reduced schedule after a month (1-2 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:

Translate Training Videos

: Convert training materials and videos from Russian to English, ensuring that all information is accurately and clearly communicated.

Employee Training

: Conduct training sessions using the translated videos, ensuring that employees fully understand the system and processes.

Feedback Translation

: Collect questions, feedback, and suggestions from employees in English, and translate them into Russian for the IT department. Ensure clear communication between the teams.

Ongoing Support

: Assist with any follow-up queries or clarification needs from employees regarding system usage.

Candidate Requirements:

Language Proficiency

: Excellent command of both Russian and English (written and spoken).

Experience

: Prior experience working with IT systems, preferably

Bitrix CRM

. Candidates with experience in other IT-related roles will also be considered.

Job Type

: Part-time (Initially, the workload will be higher, but after the first month, it will reduce to 1-2 days a week for a few hours).

Flexibility

: Ability to work remotely with some coordination for meetings or training sessions.

Preferred Background

: Experience in translating technical content or training materials and familiarity with business IT systems.
