Key Responsibilities:
Provide part-time legal advisory on corporate structures, shareholder agreements, and governance matters.
Draft, review, and interpret contracts, Memoranda of Association (MOAs), and commercial agreements.
Ensure compliance with UAE Commercial Companies Law and Dubai regulatory requirements.
Support in handling disputes, negotiations, and settlements.
Represent company interests in arbitration or litigation when required.
Liaise with relevant government entities such as DED and free zone authorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree or specialization in corporate/commercial law preferred.
Minimum
5+ years of legal practice
in Dubai with a focus on corporate and commercial law.
Strong track record in
shareholder matters, restructuring, and dispute resolution
.
Excellent drafting skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal advice on a part-time basis.
