Position Overview:

The Part-Time Birthday Specialist will be responsible for attending to customer requests and overseeing all aspects of birthday party planning and execution. This role requires creativity, organization, and excellent communication skills, ensuring every celebration is unforgettable. An essential part of this role is to connect with kids and families with humor and enthusiasm, making every birthday a joyous occasion!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their birthday party needs and preferences. Plan and coordinate all elements of themed birthday parties, including set up, meals, decorations, and activities. Communicate with suppliers to secure necessary items and services for each birthday event. Manage the timeline and arrangement of events to ensure seamless execution. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and positive experiences. Bring energy and fun to the celebrations while interacting with children and families. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote birthday packages and special offers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Charismatic and energetic personality with a sense of humor, especially when interacting with children. Creativity and a keen eye for themed decorations and arrangements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for creating memorable experiences in a fun and dynamic setting.
