Parts Incharge
Job Description
We are looking for a Parts In charge (Motorcycle) with experience in maintaining the stock of replacement parts, inventory control, sourcing parts, and customer service. To be successful in this role you must be highly organized, anticipate the needs of our After-Sales team, and ensure that all parts needed for servicing the motorcycles are readily available. Responsibilities Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels. Monitoring the current parts inventory. Pricing parts to maintain profitability. Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labelling them. Helping customers to find and purchase the correct parts. Overseeing special orders. Coordinating with the service in charge to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs. Supervising and training parts department staff members. Requirements 3+ years of proven experience as a Parts Incharge/Supervisor. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. A strong understanding of the automotive industry. Proficient in using MS Excel and industry-specific software. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Job Type: Full-time COVID-19 considerations:
