What You'll Do

• Support creation, activation, and monitoring of banking and merchant campaigns
• Maintain campaign trackers and provide timely reporting and follow-ups
• Perform basic data extrapolation and generate reports to support campaign analysis
• Produce daily metrics to ensure transparency on campaign performance
• Collaborate with tech teams to activate and manage marketing swimlanes efficiently
• Coordinate with finance and legal teams to manage payments and ensure documentation compliance
• Handle all necessary documentation for campaign approvals in line with partner and organizational standards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in campaign management, partnerships, or marketing support
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including tech, finance, and legal
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to ensuring compliance and accuracy
