Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Sales
Identify, prospect, and secure new brand partnerships across key sectors such as FMCG, automotive, banking, lifestyle, and tech
Contribute to partnership strategy development for major cultural, entertainment, and community-based events
Build compelling partnership proposals and sales decks tailored to brand objectives
Partner Management & Delivery
Manage day-to-day communications and servicing for active partners, ensuring delivery of all contractual rights
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to bring partnership activations to life on time and on budget
Support event-time delivery and troubleshooting, acting as a key liaison between brands and operational teams
Research & Lead Development
Conduct in-depth research on brand prospects, regional trends, and market opportunities
Maintain and update the CRM system, lead tracker, and pipeline reporting tools to ensure accurate forecasting
Collaboration & Reporting
Work cross-functionally with marketing, event production, and communications teams to align messaging and deliverables
Assist with preparation of post-event reports, performance insights, and renewal proposals
Stay abreast of competitor activities and industry benchmarks to inform partnership positioning and storytelling
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, brand marketing, or account management-preferably in events, media, or entertainment
Proven experience managing external brand relationships and delivering partnership campaigns
Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify and pitch compelling brand opportunities
Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
Proficient in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation design platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva)
Familiarity with the UAE events and sponsorship landscape is highly desirable
