Position Purpose:



The Partnership Specialist for the MENA region will drive regional growth by establishing and expanding strategic alliances. They will manage the full partnership development lifecycle--including prospecting, onboarding, joint initiatives, and performance tracking--to elevate brand presence, foster collaboration, and drive mutual success in the FinTech, RegTech, and SaaS ecosystems.



About the Role:



Your mission is to be the regional connector:

seeking opportunities, building trust with partners (banks, tech firms, compliance entities), and executing high-impact programs that cement our regional footprint and address client challenges in digital identity, KYC/AML, and digital onboarding.



Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Partner Acquisition Identify and approach potential partners across MENA, including financial institutions, technology firms, compliance consultants, and digital enablers. Conduct market research to surface high-value, complementary partnership opportunities. Partnership Design & Execution Build and finalize agreements outlining mutual objectives, revenue-sharing models, and engagement frameworks. Co-create go-to-market initiatives with partners--such as joint marketing campaigns, co-hosted events, or product integrations--to drive lead generation and revenue gains. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, product, and regional teams to ensure seamless partnership onboarding and execution. Act as primary liaison between parties, ensuring alignment and shared accountability. Pipeline & ROI Tracking Maintain and report on partnership performance metrics--tracking leads generated, partnership-influenced pipeline, win rates, and overall impact. Use CRM tools (e.g.,HubSpot, Sales Force) or internal dashboards to forecast and present performance insights. Stakeholder Engagement & Networking Represent the organization at regional conferences, roundtables, and partner events to build visibility and brand credibility. Maintain strong relationships with key regional stakeholders--from government entities to enterprise buyers.

Requirements:



Experience: 3-5 years in partnership management, business development, or alliances--preferably within FinTech, RegTech, identity verification, or adjacent SaaS sectors in MENA. Proven success in negotiating partnerships, building joint GTM initiatives, and delivering measurable business results. Skills & Capabilities: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong negotiation and contract-management experience. Data-driven mindset with ability to extract insights from CRM systems and regional dashboards. Region Expertise: Deep understanding of MENA's regulatory, cultural, and business environments. Fluency in English; Arabic languages are a significant advantage. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or related field. An advanced degree is a plus depending on experience.
