• Source new partnership opportunities for Justlife to optimize costs
• Measure success through metrics like established partnerships, satisfaction levels, engagement, contract renewals, market expansion, and lead generation
• Identify and engage potential partners aligned with the company\'s strategic goals
• Handle negotiation, relationship maintenance, and collaboration with internal and external teams

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or account management
• Demonstrated success in developing, managing, and scaling B2B partnerships
• Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and key players
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to foster relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Proficiency in devising and executing partnership strategies aligned with company goals
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance and drive informed decisions
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and within budget
• Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis tools, or relevant business platforms
