Job Purpose: The primary responsibilities of this role include forming and overseeing partnerships with affiliate and metasearch partners. The individual will work closely with the digital marketing teams at the head office, as well as regional and commercial teams, to develop acquisition strategies and campaign plans for the affiliate and metasearch channels. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the entire campaign planning process, including budget allocation, invoicing, and reconciliation. Responsibilities:
Source and secure partnership deals with affiliate networks and Metasearch partners
Plan, optimize, and measure campaigns to drive sales through Direct Booking channels.
Maintain and improve relationships with key partners in the Affiliates & Metasearch portfolio.
Collaborate with revenue management, marketing, and regional teams to manage campaigns end-to-end.
Share campaign details and creatives with affiliate networks and publishers to support campaign execution.
Manage media library and update creatives, coordinate local language banner repository requirements.
Conduct regular audits and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare competitor reports (price parity checks) for regular review.
Create performance, demand reports, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Manage finance processes to ensure budget spending is in-line with budget plans.
Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the line manager or Head of the Department
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent
Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Specifics Skills:
Affiliate and Metasearch marketing experience with strong understanding of the channel and industry
Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the business and with affiliate and metasearch partners.
Experience at managing Digital marketing budgets and must be able to use a variety of data sources to spot opportunities and act accordingly to make data driven decisions.
Good commercial acumen and strong analytical skills
Strong stakeholder management both internal and external.
