Job Description

Partner support Program Engineer level 1 PSP1 is dedicated correspondent in his country to take care of Partners / Panel builders and support him whenever he needs in their own language. He/she will also regularly visit partners / panel builders to support, understand request/pain points, to lead resolution of issues and maintain good relation. He/she needs to work very closely with PSP2/PSP3 and with FO. Interfacing with major national and international Panel Builders, you will be working within Schneider Electric as an expert in LV Voltage switchgears design, estimation, manufacturing, and fabrication. An experienced engineer with good techno-commercial skills, ability to provide technical trainings, conducting audits, estimation, and optimization, you will need to understand, interpret and respond to technical specifications & documentation. Contribute to Schneider Electric business development with partners having license contract with Schneider Electric & as per Schneider strategy. Train & support Partners on technical and industrial matters & also for capacity enhancement. Guaranty partner's quality level of quality is in line with Schneider Electric requirements Improve and optimize partners processes: - Offer process - Order & production management, - Quality management - Technical management

Qualifications - External Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in Low Voltage switchgear preferably Schneider Electric. Knowledge in Low Voltage Equipment and systems. Understand LV equipment design & estimation. Ability to simply explain complex solution to internal and external customers. Understanding of relevant IEC standards. Communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of demonstrating previously achieving successful performance within a team environment Able to develop effective working relationships with the Sales Team and internal/external supply network. Demonstrate a strong interest in a technical support/customer facing role and willing and enthusiastic about meeting clients. A team player, willing to give additional input as and when required to meet client-based deadlines, often at short notice. Flexible in the face of conflicting priorities. Prepared to be "hands-on" Keen to learn and develop. English and Arabic Speaker. Schedule: Full-time
