The Partner Sales Manager, under the supervision of the Regional Director, plays a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing strong connections with our Key Partners within the region. This involves actively participating in shaping their sales strategies and providing leadership to their teams. The individual in this role is accountable for ensuring a superior service experience, enhancing client profitability, and, in turn, meeting the student enrollment and profit objectives across Study Group\'s various brands.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Develop & execute country sales and account plans in collaboration with sales stakeholders to achieve enrolment targets
The primary point of contact for all program inquiries, provide prompt and clear responses which maximize leads
Represent Study Group and our brands at exhibition and recruitment events
Capable of managing a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to SLAs to improve customers\' satisfaction
Monitor competitor activity enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis
Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profile \xe2\x80\x93 active management of Account Plan
Align with the Company mission, vision, values, and strategy and ensure they are translated into action through performance goals, communication, and feedback processes
Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency via process, people, or practical measures to raise the bar on business performance delivery
Develop & execute Regional sales and account plans in collaboration with sales stakeholders to achieve enrolment targets
ABOUT YOU
B2B or Channel Sales experience preferred
Knowledge of international education systems
Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Cold calling experience preferred
