Job Summary: You will be joining our Channel Partner Program team supporting select Partner companies (Distributors, Manufacturer's Representatives) spanning across our Fiber Glass Systems (FGS) business in the Eastern Hemisphere. You will play an important role to strategically enable, support and grow this path to market. Chance to gain exposure to, and support Partners across as many as 5 markets across the Eastern Hemisphere, and drive the future of our largest path to market. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about the full sales process between FGS and our Partners. An effective Partner Program Specialist will be an ambassador for the FGS Partner Program - both internally and externally. They will be persistently solution-oriented and delivering value-added support to grow our Partners businesses with FGS. Promote the tools, benefits, and expectations of our program to our Apex Partners. Drive their deep adoption and understanding of this new-normal partner experience. Bring curiosity and dedication to your efforts to understand your Partner's business needs, and areas where our Program can add meaningful value to their business. Then use this insight to leverage the program for their benefit. This also includes collaboration with our FGS sales team to promote their engagement, understanding and buy-in to drive adoption with our Partners. You are the driving force which will make this program successful and strengthen our Partner relationships. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing Partner companies (Distributors, Manufacturer's Representatives) across the Eastern Hemisphere, potentially spanning numerous markets
Work closely with your Partners, and FGS Sales, to develop and define a comprehensive strategy for their Partnership with FGS
Manage partnership between Partner companies and FGS
Conduct Annual Partner Planning, Quarterly Business Reviews with Partners to review performance to plan, opportunities, challenges, program effectiveness.
Monitor Partner activities on an ongoing basis to provide support and assistance where needed. Including but not limited to Leads, Opportunities, Deal Registration, Commission Registration
Assist Partners with use of Connect Platform and other associated Partner platforms like Highspot
Support onboarding new and existing Partners into our Program(s), including presenting to large groups and hosting training
Report on Partner performance, identify opportunities and challenges within the network. Identify gaps and redundancies, overperformers and underperformers
Manage incentives, including but not limited to, Deal Registration, Specification Registration, Market Development Fund etc. for your Partners
Develop and deliver actionable intelligence and insights on our Partners, closure rates, FGS product trends
Digesting Partner feedback and performance to continuously improve our platforms, policies and network participation.
Support development of our programs as we introduce additional phases of value, new tools and additional Partner types
Other responsibilities as needed as our Program matures and develops over time
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience working with Channel Partners (Distributors, Reps/Agents), Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
Must be comfortable conducting business in English. Any other languages relevant to the Eastern Hemisphere is a plus.
Must be comfortable working autonomously, with little oversight
Demonstrate strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office
Must possess excellent English written and oral communication skills
In-Depth Knowledge and understanding of working with Distributors/Resellers and Agents
