: As a Part-Time Multilingual Psychiatric Specialist at CMC Sharjah], you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities:
Part-time hours: 24 per week Salary: From AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Conducting psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients.
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions for patients dealing with a range of mental health conditions.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Offering crisis intervention and support to patients in urgent need.
- Conducting psychoeducation sessions to inform patients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
- Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and multilingual capabilities (English, Hindi, and Arabic) to effectively communicate with a diverse patient base.
- Staying current with developments in psychiatric treatment and research.
- Master\'s or Doctoral degree in Psychiatry
- Licensed to practice psychiatry under MOH
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Arabic languages.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
