6. Handling payments: Taking payments from guests, processing credit card transactions, and providing accurate change. Ensuring that all payments are handled securely and following the restaurant's cash handling procedures.

7. Resolving guest concerns: Addressing any complaints or concerns raised by guests in a polite and professional manner, and seeking assistance from a manager if necessary.

8. Collaborating with other restaurant staff: Communicating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly and efficiently. Assisting other team members as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.

9. Upselling and suggestive selling: Actively promoting menu items, daily specials, and desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

10. Following health and safety guidelines: Adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as any other regulations set by local health authorities.
