Job Title: Part-Time Telemarketer/Recruiter

We are looking for a Part-Time Telemarketer/Recruiter to join our team and play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Telemarketing: Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates who have expressed interest in our job openings, effectively introducing them to our company and available positions. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking. Screening and Pre-Qualification: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates\' qualifications, experience, and suitability for open positions. Information Sharing: Provide candidates with detailed information about job opportunities, company culture, benefits, and any other relevant details. Appointment Setting: Schedule interviews and meetings between candidates and our hiring team, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged and informed about the hiring process. Maintain Database: Update and maintain candidate information in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as the number of calls made, appointments set, and candidates placed. Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
• Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is preferred.

Office timing is 8:00 - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Saturday) Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 44 per week Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
