Required Accountant -Temporary position ( 1 month ) for a FMCG Food products manufacturing company. Location: Dubai We will consider only UAE FMCG Manufacturing experience candidates Please do not apply if you dont have UAE EXPERIENCE. Candidate Should have: 2 to 3 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing. Should have Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounts

• Manage Vendor accounts - Expense booking, Purchase verification, Reconciliations, and payment preparation on timely basis
• Maintain good rapport with vendors and manage cash flow efficiently
• Manage customer accounts with daily receipt entries, agreement-based deductions, reconcile customer accounts.
• Ensuring all accounting entries are strictly aligned with proper authorisation/agreement and documented on time
• Communicate SOA to sales team and customer ensuring receivables are aligned with the agreed terms with customer.
• Manage petty cash and daily reporting.
• Generate and communicate age analysis for payables and receivables
• Perform Monthly Balance sheet schedules and reconciliations
• Manage Prepayment and Asset register with monthly amortization schedule.
• Monthly MIS reporting with analysis for the respective heads

Salary: AED 4,000 to 4,500 depending upon experience Job Type: Temporary

• Working as an Accountant in UAE: 2 years (Required)
• FMCG - FOOD Products: 2 years (Required)
• Manage Vendor accounts: 2 years (Required)

• VAT returns filing: 2 years (Required)
• ERP: 1 year (Required)
• Preparing Balance sheet: 2 years (Required)
• Prepayment and Asset register: 2 years (Required)
• MIS reporting: 2 years (Required)
