Odoo Platform Operator - Remote
The Role:
We're hiring an Odoo Platform Operator to manage day-to-day Odoo operations for multiple small business clients (up to 10 accounts). You'll be their virtual business assistant, operating Odoo apps like CRM, Sales, Website, Inventory, Accounting, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CRM, sales pipelines, quotations & invoicing
Configure websites & eCommerce stores, update products
Run email marketing, social media integrations & SEO tools
Track inventory & orders, manage fulfillment workflows
Generate reports (sales, inventory, marketing performance)
Support clients with basic training & queries
Required Skills:
1+ years Odoo ERP (multiple modules preferred)
CRM, eCommerce & accounting workflows knowledge
Strong data management (import/export, reporting)
Fluent in English, organized & client-friendly
Odoo functional certification
SEO / Meta / Google Ads familiarity
Experience with small business operations
Terms:
The job is home or remote based and salary is per client per month (AED 400/Client/Month) and min capacity to operate in Odoo and SMM is 10 clients per month. Means, the salary is in range of AED 400 to AED 4000 per month.
Working time: Selected candidate should be fully available by email, WhatsApp and online meeting in time framing of 3pm to 10pm Dubai timing (Toronto Time zone is 7am to 2pm)
