FEMALE GENERAL PRACTITIONER

We are looking for a qualified experienced general practitioner physician to join our team , the applicant is required to be knowledgeable enough to interact with all family members inquires .

Requirements:

Experience: minimum 2-3 years. DHA License. Familiar with insurance policies and procedures in Dubai. Representable. Flexible working hours. Fluent English.
Role responsibilities:

To ensure efficient and effective communication with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare teams. With good experience to deal with kids and pediatrics inquires . To meet and exceed customer expectations through the development and promotion of key principles that support customer satisfaction. To deal patiently and appropriately with complaints when necessary. To participate in improving initiatives within the Department. To assess risk, report incidents and to participate in Risk Management processes. To follow system-based practices, through the understanding of the contexts and systems in which healthcare is provided. To demonstrate professionalism and that is reflected in a commitment to continuous professional development, ethical practices, an understanding and sensitivity to diversity, and a responsible attitude towards patients. To be able to review patients independently in various clinical settings and to attend patients' inquires out of timings if needed .

Education:

Higher diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

GENERAL AND FAMILY MEDICINE: 4 years (Required) UK , EUROPE or USA: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:

NATIVE FLUENT ENGLISH - Europe - USA - AUSTRALIA (Required)
