We are a cozy and vibrant cafe in Abu Dhabi, celebrated for our exceptional coffee and warm atmosphere. As we continue to expand, we are looking for enthusiastic part-time Baristas to join our team. This role is perfect for students or anyone looking for flexible work hours. We provide full training and support to help you succeed.

As a Part-Time Barista, you'll have the flexibility with your hours each week, while meeting a set weekly quota of hours. You'll be responsible for preparing coffee and tea beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment in our cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, coffee, and tea Provide friendly and attentive customer service Educate customers about our menu, coffee blends, and brewing methods Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders Ensure the cafe remains clean, organized, and well-stocked Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system Follow health and safety regulations Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required

Qualifications:

Must have a valid visa and be able to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your sponsor Previous experience in customer service or as a Barista is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Flexibility to meet weekly hour quotas Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for coffee and customer service
