We are a fast-growing aesthetic & dermatology clinic in Dubai seeking a
highly organized and persuasive Lead Follow-Up Specialist
to manage incoming leads and convert them into booked appointments.This role is
fully remote & part-time
.Arabic language fluency is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Manage daily incoming leads using our tracking sheet Follow up with potential clients via
WhatsApp and phone calls
Professionally handle inquiries and objections Convert leads intoconfirmed clinic bookings
Maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules Coordinate closely with the clinic management teamRequirements (Strict)
Previous experience in a beauty / aesthetic clinic is mandatory Experience in lead follow-up, call center, or reception required Fluent Arabic & strong English communication Excellent persuasion & communication skills Highly organized and reliable Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
