Responsible for operational input and oversight over all areas of Park Services including, but not limited to: FOH and BOH cleaning, warehouse and PS cage, 3rd party cleaning, park wide health and safety standards met, Training, Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Operational Projects, and General Administration. Works closely with the Operations, Foods and Retail Management Team to ensure all cleaning efforts are supported.

Works with resort wide park Services teams for possible synergies in operations. Focuses on delivering a superior guest experience, maximize employee satisfaction, and ensure optimum results in terms of cleanliness standards, cleaning resource consumption, aligning with the vision, mission and values of the Leisure and Entertainment division.

Park Services Team, Park Operations Team & Operations Senior Management

• Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of all park wide cleanliness standards, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with the other Dubai Parks and Meraas Leisure operating teams to ensure consistency in these programs and procedures.
• Develop and maintain detailed training programs and records to ensure highest operational safety standards and compliance in accordance with local laws, rules and regulations.
• Ensure standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all restrooms /prayer rooms / ride and theatre / offices -admin and BOH /public areas / Retail and F&B are maintained.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of all park wide operational cleaning standards. Collaborate with the other Dubai Parks and other entities teams to ensure consistency in these programs and procedures.
• Work with Meraas divisions, partners, and external providers to provide input and develop the best product possible for our guests and our team members while managing expectations to defined budgets.
• Create & successfully implement plans, critical path/timelines, tracking, monitoring & measuring tools & methods & report results to senior management with contingency plans & corrective actions as & if required.
• Develop & maintain a detailed training programs and training record retention programs for all new and existing team members.
• Provide ad hoc training, as necessary, to educate on theme park standards and impact on guest service.
