About Us:
Guardian One Transport is a leading school transport service provider in Dubai, committed to ensuring the safety and convenience of students traveling to and from school. We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Parents Relations Executive to join our team and help us maintain strong relationships with parents and schools.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Parents Relations Executive at Guardian One Transport, you will be responsible for:
I. Fee / Revenue Management:
- Invoice issuance and fee collection.
- Submission of fee collection reports and reconciliation.
- Receipt cancellations, deposit details, and cheque bounce handling.
- Manual receipt reconciliation, refunds, and concession management.
- Sending reminders for outstanding fee payments and follow-ups.
- Additional revenue collection.
II. Transport Administration:
- Registration of students.
- Maintenance service request forms and database management.
- Identity card issuance and attendance reconciliation.
- Handling area changes and discontinuations.
- Bus list reconciliation and capacity utilization reporting.
III. Parent Relations & Complaints Management:
- Act as the primary interface with parents.
- Communicate route information and timings effectively.
- Address parental concerns related to delays or issues.
- Gather feedback on transport operations and system performance.
IV. Human Resources:
- Manage driver deployment and daily attendance.
- Coordinate staff uniform and asset management.
- Handle driver replacements and maintain RTA permit database.
- Oversee GPS tracking, video surveillance, and SMAR Parent Application.
- Communicate login details to parents.
V. Operations Management:
- Maintain an updated bus list and ensure RTA permit compliance.
- Manage fuel resources and coordinate cleaning materials.
- Handle accident reports, replacement vehicles, and route management.
- Maintain records of traffic violations and fines, and manage maintenance requests.
Requirements:
- Higher Studies / College Graduate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- Strong data processing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Preferably has worked in a school or educational setting.
- Must be located in Dubai.
- Willingness to work extended hours from time to time to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
