Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Tracking litigation matters, managing emails, document management and coordinating between team members.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, create an effective file management system, register, track and update the contract signature process.
  • Scan signed documents and file, input records and maintains information up to date for other team members and whole group legal.
  • Maintain accurate data into the Office Database and ensure quick access and retrieval. Prepare reports and conduct legal research.
  • Skilled in corporate law, legal advice, Employment Law, and contracts drafting and reviewing.
  • Liaise with outside counsel, and a multitude of other tasks in their day-to-day business operations.
  • Any other assignments by the Legal and Compliance Director.
Skills:
  • Strong communications skills.
  • fluent in English language (Verbal/ Writing).
  • Arabic is Preferable.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to manage office workflow.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From QAR1.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Required)
Experience:
  • Paralegal/ Legal Assistant: 2 years (Required)
Language:
  • English (Required)
  • Arabic (Required)
