Position Overview

EMS is seeking a

Paralegal

to support ongoing in-house legal tasks across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate looking to gain hands-on experience within a

multinational organization headquartered in London

, while working in the dynamic business environment of Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a

Common Law background or qualification

and an interest in international legal matters, particularly those involving cross-border operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

The Requirements

Below are the minimum skills, experience, and qualifications required to perform this role successfully.

Daily Responsibilities

Assist with drafting basic agreements and legal documents under supervision. Help organize meetings and track deadlines to ensure tasks are completed on time. Support matter administration, including emails, filing, document management, and closing files. Help create and maintain internal templates and "know-how" documents. Support business development activities, including organizing events and maintaining records and databases.

Qualifications

Completed

Law Degree

(a Master's degree is an advantage).

Common Law background or qualification preferred

. Previous experience in an administrative, legal assistant, or support role is an advantage (private practice or legal services preferred). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, show initiative, and work well as part of a team. Willingness to learn, take responsibility for assigned tasks, and approach work with curiosity and a positive attitude. Willingness to work

on weekends and night shifts

as required.
