We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic team at Palmon Group. This role requires a professional with extensive real estate expertise who can provide comprehensive paralegal support across real estate, leasing, corporate, and commercial matters within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform comprehensive due diligence on properties, contracts, and title deeds, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and legal requirements Draft, review, and track legal documents including SPAs, lease agreements, sales contracts, tenancy agreements, heads of terms, and NDAs Organize and manage legal documentation, filings, and contract archives with meticulous attention to detail Maintain regulatory and legal compliance databases Liaise professionally with diverse clients including investors, tenants, landlords, and stakeholders, addressing legal inquiries with clear communication Coordinate effectively with external counsel, internal teams, and government authorities Conduct thorough legal research and analyze precedents and case law relevant to real estate transactions Provide accurate legal insights to support internal teams and decision-making processes Stay current with UAE real estate laws, corporate regulations, and legal frameworks Assist with lease administration including rent collection procedures, eviction proceedings, and lease renewals Support deal execution including document signing, notarization, and corporate secretarial matters Provide paralegal support for ongoing projects and litigation matters as required

Required Qualifications:



Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a paralegal or legal assistant within a reputable law firm, real estate company, or corporate legal department Proven track record in real estate and commercial transactions Bachelor's degree required; legal qualification (LLB or equivalent) is advantageous but not mandatory Experience as a Company Secretary in a publicly listed company or equivalent corporate governance experience preferred In-depth knowledge of UAE legal systems and real estate regulatory frameworks Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and legal procedures Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal research databases Professional communication skills with ability to interact confidently with senior executives Skilled in drafting, document management, time management, and negotiations Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong collaborative approach with ability to work independently when required Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
