legal/law firm:1-2 years (Required)

Excellent Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Experience in translating Arabic documents to English and English document to Arabic

Full The Role We are looking for Paralegal who can manage the following responsibilities:

Act as a support role to senior legal team members and in-house lawyers.
Handle sensitive information and work with the utmost discretion.
Maintain relationships with clients and other team members.
Drafting important legal documents, memorandum and conducting searches or research on behalf of the company.
Multi-tasking and prioritizing work assignments to consistently provide high-quality work products within stated deadlines.
Preparation of all required legal documents.
Drafting letters of engagement
Provide follow up service and management of case status.
Performing due diligence on contracts and business agreements.
Assisting with company secretarial matters, including filing, registrations etc both onshore and in UAE Free Zones as well across the globe.
Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
Provide general administrative support for the Legal team.
Provide update time to time to client on the case status.
