Job Opportunity: Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Paralegal
to join our client's legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide corporate and transactional support.
Assist in drafting incorporation documents, resolutions, and internal documentation.
Draft, amend, and review corporate and commercial agreements.
Support business transactions, including purchase agreements, NDAs, and procurement contracts.
Review loan and financing-related agreements.
Handle administrative tasks related to the corporate legal section.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
Proven experience in corporate and commercial legal documentation.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
