Panel Management Executive

Office Location: Dubai, UAE

Looking for someone based in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role Description

Managing and engaging with our Panelists on a day-to-day basis. The role involves recruiting and training Panelists. The Candidate will also need to engage with the Panelists allotted to them in order to keep them active and solve problems and queries that they may have. The also need to ensure that the panelists receives their incentives in due course of time as agreed during recruitment. The candidate needs to visit a few panelists every month to help the panelists with any issues that they may be facing and to build a rapport with them. They will also need to track and monitor the participation of the panelists and communicate with them if there are any concerns with respect to their scanning. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Quality of data for their allotted Panelists!

Key outcomes

• Panel: Manage the allotted Panel by regularly engaging with them and ensuring that they are kept active. Recruiting and Training Panelists whenever required will be a key task
• New Projects: Communicating and ensuring that the allotted Panelists are informed and that they participate in all the quick survey\xe2\x80\x99s that may be launched from time to time
• Data quality: Ensuring that the KPI\xe2\x80\x99s set for the year is being met by the allotted Panelists by regularly monitoring and communicating with them.

Capabilities and experience

• Should have good communication skill and should be comfortable in communicating over phone
• Should be fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
• Should be residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Ability to work from home, with the exception of being in the office for meetings.
