Apt Resources is seeking dedicated and hardworking Palm Workers to join our client's agriculture team Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks associated with palm cultivation, ensuring the healthy growth and management of palm trees. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and are committed to maintaining agricultural excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planting, pruning, and harvesting palm trees.
- Monitor plant health and report any signs of disease or pests.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed, following safety protocols.
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure adequate water supply for palm trees.
- Support general maintenance of the agricultural land and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.
- Previous experience in agriculture or horticulture preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
The salary is AED 1,100 plus food, accommodation, working visa, ticket, health Insurance are provided by the company.
