Job Summary:
A PDR Technician is responsible for repairing minor dents, dings, and hail damage on vehicle exteriors using paintless dent repair techniques. The technician must have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with precision to restore the vehicle\'s appearance to its original condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify and assess the extent of damage.
- Evaluate the feasibility of repairing dents using paintless dent repair methods.
- Utilize specialized tools to access and massage dented areas from the inside, gradually restoring the metal to its original shape.
- Employ various techniques, such as tapping, pushing, and pulling, to manipulate and reshape the metal without causing damage to the paint.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, including before-and-after photos, to document the quality of work.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to repairs, estimates, and customer interactions.
- Ensure the quality of repairs by conducting thorough inspections before returning vehicles to customers.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by customers regarding the repair work.
- Proven experience as a PDR technician or a similar role.
- Knowledge of paintless dent repair techniques and tools.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical dexterity and strength to perform manual repairs.
