Conduct Salt, Dust, Blotter, Dolly, and DFT tests as per industry standards.
Monitor surface preparation, blasting, and painting activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and related documentation.
Raise RFIs, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with production, project, and client teams to ensure smooth workflow and quality delivery.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum
5 years of experience
in painting/coating inspection for steel structures.
Mandatory certifications:
BGAS Grade 2 or NACE Level 2.
Strong knowledge of international standards related to coating/painting inspection.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
