We are a reputed Facilities Management Company, we are looking for Painter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by washing, sanding, scraping, and repairing imperfections Apply primers, paints, stains, and finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces Mix and match paint colors and finishes according to project specifications Protect nearby surfaces with drop cloths, masking tape, and covers Operate and maintain painting tools, brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Follow safety procedures and ensure work areas are clean and organized Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members

Qualifications

Proven experience as a professional painter (residential or commercial) Knowledge of paint types, surface preparation, and application techniques Ability to work at heights and use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
