Job Description
- At least an experience in GCC area is preferred
- Preparation work before painting and decoration can take place, both internal and external
- All types of painting and redecoration works including wall papering, painting with various paints, varnishes and finishes both inside and outside, including artexing and other specialist finishes.
- Diagnose where repairs and maintenance are required
- Identify quantities required to complete each task
- I
dentify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair; to ensure compliance with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety- Carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract/agreed requirements on services and associated systems
- Carry out tasks within agreed time limits
- ensure compliance to agreed codes, legislation, and procedures including health and safety
- Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
- Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Line manager
- Meet your targets and contribute to those of the team as a whole
- Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
- Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,800.00 per month
