Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Painter with at least 5 years of professional experience in

automotive painting. The candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicle surfaces, mixing and matching paints,

and applying paint finishes to vehicles in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform surface preparation including sanding, masking, priming, and filling. Mix and match paints to achieve accurate color matching. Apply primer, base coat, clear coat, and specialized finishes using spray guns and other equipment. Inspect painted surfaces for quality, ensuring smooth and uniform finishes. Repair and repaint damaged vehicle surfaces as per customer and workshop requirements. Maintain cleanliness of painting equipment, spray booths, and work areas. Follow all safety standards, PPE usage, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with the workshop team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Auto Painter. Strong knowledge of automotive paints, materials, and refinishing techniques. Ability to handle various paint systems (solvent-based, water-based, metallic, pearlescent, etc.). Good eye for detail and color matching accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Physically fit and able to work in workshop conditions.
Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 2,500 - 3,000 (based on experience and skills). Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
