Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our company. As a Painter, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of various properties under our management. Your attention to detail and expertise in painting techniques will contribute to creating a clean and visually appealing environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and patching holes and cracks. Select appropriate paint and materials for each project. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to protect and enhance surfaces. Use tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint. Ensure surfaces are properly prepared and coated for long-lasting results. Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment to maintain a safe working environment. Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards. Keep accurate records of materials used and hours worked.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in a facilities management or construction environment. Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials. Ability to accurately mix and match paint colors. Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to painting. Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and working in various positions. High school diploma or equivalent.
