Key Responsibilities:

? Ensures that all interior and exterior covering paints, wall paper, polish and varnish of the property is maintained up to 5 star quality standards. ? Attend to repairs, maintenance, painting and touch ups of property walls, ceiling, floors, furniture and fixture and etc. Ensure same is up to 5 star quality standard. ? Prioritize painting guest request and public areas. ? Determines if special treatment is required in surface to be painted. ? Knows how to operate and use all the painting materials and equipment efficiently and effectively. ? Have a basic knowledge in all types of painting activities spray painting, brush painting and etc. ? Knows the basic paint mixing techniques to achieve the desired colour of paint. ? Ensures that safety & health procedures are adhered to at all times. ? Stores volatile & flammable material in proper manner according to department procedures ? Uses safety equipment when working. ? Ensures that surrounding environment is not pulled by discharge of dirty paint by disposing dirty paint & chemical in appropriate manner. ? Oversees maintenance and handling of equipment used. ? Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area. ? Attends scheduled trainings. ? Adheres to the set procedures for attendance and timekeeping.

? Adheres to the provisions outlined in the Employees Handbook, Disciplinary Code, Standards, Rules and Regulations. ? Reduces waste materials and supplies by re-using and selling. ? Conserves water & energy by adhering to the environmental / energy conservation checklist for his area. ? Participates in activities concerning the protection of the environment. ? Implements the identified Best Practices in the work area. ? Practices the guiding principles in day to day interaction. ? Maintain the 5 star professional hygiene and appearance at all times as per hotel policy and standard. ? Contribute to the hotel's profitability by ensuring the compliant to the hotel's environmental policy and buildings environmental controls and energy conservation systems at all times. ? Any other duties as directed by the management ? Ensuring all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to and implements any legislation as required by UAE Law.

Pay: From AED1,700.00 per month
