Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Perform
interior and exterior painting works
as per project requirements. Prepare surfaces bycleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primers
. Apply paint, varnish, enamel, emulsion, epoxy, and other coatings usingbrushes, rollers, or spray equipment
. Ensure propercolor matching and finishing quality
as approved by supervisors or clients. Handlewall putty, texture painting, decorative finishes
, and minor gypsum touch-ups if required. Followsite safety standards
and company policies at all times. Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures before painting and ensure site cleanliness after work completion. Identify material requirements and report shortages to the supervisor. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to meet project timelines. Rectify defects or touch-ups identified during inspection or handover.Qualifications
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
as a Painter (UAE experience preferred). Knowledge ofdifferent paint types, coatings, tools, and application techniques
. Ability to read basic drawings or understand work instructions. Familiar withsite safety practices
