Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required.
Mix and apply paints, coatings, and textures to achieve desired stone finish effects.
Select and match appropriate paint colors and materials according to project specifications.
Apply decorative and faux finishing techniques such as marble, granite, and natural stone effects.
Ensure proper drying and curing times between paint layers.
Maintain tools, brushes, and equipment in excellent working condition.
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to meet quality and deadline expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a professional painter, with specific expertise in
stone finish painting
.
Knowledge of different painting materials, tools, and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret design specifications and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity for prolonged standing and repetitive motion.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and handling of paints and chemicals.
