Jobs required to be executed are not limited to the following:
To remove old paints using a liquid paint remover, scraper.
To coat surfaces with primer, paint, lacquer, epoxy, resin or other materials using brushes, rollers, spray fans and other devices.
To smoothens surface with sandpaper and steel wool.
To roughens aluminum surfaces with acid solution and steel wool to ensure that paint adheres to surface and provides corrosion control methods to customer specifications.
To fill cavities and dents in vehicles to create an even surface.
To masks and cover portions of surfaces not to be painted.
To mix the pain as per the color codes.
To ensure that the necessary preparation work is being carried out in preparation booth.
To apply the mixed paint to the vehicle using the spray painting machines in the designated painting booths.
To complete the finishing work after the vehicle is released from painting booth.
Any other jobs assigned by the Supervisor / Senior Service Manager.
