We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing, priming, and painting a variety of surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail. You'll play an essential role in maintaining the aesthetic and structural quality of our projects, from residential homes to commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming.
Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Cover floors, furniture, and fixtures to protect them from paint splatters.
Inspect painted surfaces for quality and uniformity.
Maintain painting tools and equipment in good condition.
Follow all safety protocols and company standards.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a painter or similar role.
Knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and tools.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
