Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
Apply paint, varnish, enamel, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Execute decorative and texture painting, touch-ups, and detailed finishes.
Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and consistency.
Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment efficiently for different applications.
Ensure surfaces are smooth, clean, and free of defects before finishing.
Follow safety standards and proper handling of painting tools, materials, and chemicals.
Inspect completed work to ensure the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with supervisors, carpenters, and other finishing staff to meet project timelines.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finishing Painter in construction, interiors, or fit-out projects.
Knowledge of different paint types, surface preparation techniques, and application methods.
Ability to perform detailed finishing work with precision and neatness.
Familiarity with safety guidelines and protective measures in painting.
Physical stamina and ability to work long hours if required.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in the UAE or GCC preferred.
Immediate joiners will be an advantage.
