We are looking for skilled and reliable Painters to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying paints, varnishes, or other finishes to walls, ceilings, buildings, and other structures to ensure a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer.
Mix and match paints and colors to meet client requirements.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Protect surrounding areas with coverings and tape to prevent damage.
Inspect painted surfaces for quality and touch up as necessary.
Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Meet project deadlines and ensure work is completed to company standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Painter or similar role.
Knowledge of painting materials, methods, and techniques.
Ability to work at heights and use scaffolding or ladders safely.
Attention to detail and a good eye for color.
Physical stamina and the ability to handle manual work.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
