Job Responsibilities:
Perform painting works on walls, ceilings, wood, metal, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks/holes, and applying putty or primer before painting.
Mix and match paints to achieve required colors and finishes.
Ensure clean and professional finishing according to company quality standards.
Follow safety procedures while handling tools, equipment, and materials.
Carry out touch-ups and repair works as required.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Work with supervisors and team members to complete projects within deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a painter (construction, maintenance, or renovation sector).
Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application methods.
Ability to do surface preparation, wall putty, and finishing works.
Physical fitness and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or in a team.
Flexibility to work overtime when required.
